Group Classes
Mature Movers
Mature Movers is a fitness class including cardio and weights run by the YMCA for the age of 50.
Fitball
Fitball is a group exercise program suitable for everybody. The class utilises a fitball to increase core and functional strength and improve fitness components such as balance, flexibility, agility and core strength.
Strength 4 Life
Strength 4 Life is a supervised group session in conjunction with COTA (council for the aging). Each participant receives an individual program following an assessment to address specific fitness needs.
Yoga
Participate in traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body.
Pilates
Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving posture and toning, through a series of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises on mats.
Les Mills BODYSTEP
BODYSTEP is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardioblast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you'll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer.
